This system is specified for the inspection of circum welding line of boiler welded pipe. It is mainly composed by X-ray machine, image intensifier, industrial TV, mechanism conveyer system and lead house and imaging system.

Pipe diameter: 20-80mm (CHG-G225ZD-A)/54-104mm(CHG-G225ZD-B)

Pipe thickness: 3-13mm

Rotating device: 1-6 rotation/min adjustable

Swing angle device: ±10° of swing angle can be securable for X-ray tube and image intensifier relative to welded pipe.

X-ray tube head holder: X-ray tube head can move up and down, movable distance ±150

Space resolution: >3.0 lp/mm

Real time static sensitivity: 3.0%

Sensitivity after processing: 1.6-2.0%
