SAW Pipe Real-time Inspection System

This system is specified for the online inspection of spiral/longitudinal SAW pipe (max diameter 2400mm, max length 16.5m).

System configuration

1. X-ray machine

2. Image intensifier: Supported by holder which can move up and down, ahead and back as well as rotate 45°circum horizontal axis to adjust the image position.

3. Pipe inspecting car: Moving up and down to load pipes, able to rotate, go ahead and move back

4. X-ray tube detecting arm: Moving inside the pipes being tested, able to move up and down, left and right

5. Defects marking device: Replacing the former painting marker, better veracity 

6. Main console

7. Sub console: beside the I.I.R supporter

8. Computer real-time imaging system:

(1).Space resolution: 2.0-2.6lp/mm

(2).Static sensitivity: 1.5-2.5%

(3).Dynamic sensitivity: 3-4%
